Here's why we need the information for which we're asking:

1. Name: to identify you. This is the name listed in the ``Class of'' page. If you don't want to be listed, check the ``Exclude'' box.

2. e-mail: to be added to the class mailing list.

3. Home page: optional, for the ``Class of'' page.

4. Forum Password: so that someone else will not be posting messages under you name. This password must be different from your CAEN Kerberos/uniqname password. Forum passwords are stored unencrypted and posting on the discussion forum is not done over a secure connection, hence Forum passwords are easily compromised.

   Your Forum UserName is your uniqname. You don't need to register again at the Forum.

Please provide all non-optional information. When you submit this form you will be asked to authenticate yourself using your CAEN Kerberos/uniqname password (NOT your Forum password). Your Kerberos password will be sent securely. We are running our own Certificate Authority (CA), whose certificate you'd need to download to send your Kerberos passwd securely. When you click the "Submit" button, your browser will ask you if you want to download the CA's certificate. You need to say yes: just continue clicking on "Next" until you get to the last page and click "Finish."
